Abstract

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has coducted a variety of crash and related test work to analyze structural deficiencies in passenger automobiles, to determine the nature of the hazards to human health caused by those deficiencies, and to give the public insights into these hazards. In appendices results of their test programs on Research Safety Vehicles are presented.
