Abstract

Pursuit driving demands mechanical skill, knowledge of laws governing motor vehicle operation, knowledge of the rules of the road, normal eyesight, normal reaction of physical reflexes, knowledge of highways or streets where pursuit driving will be carried out, mature judgement, and an attitude in keeping with departmental policies and safe efficient operation. Experience is a valuable factor.
