Abstract
A summary report on noise emission, energy consumption and exhaust emission by alternative means of public transport. The report contains a number of data on noise emission, energy consumption and the emission of substances harmful to the environment with regard to various alternative forms of regional and urban public transport. The data are collected in tables with brief explanatory notes in the text; the measuring methods and sources of the material used are given in a number of appendices.
