Abstract

The enclosed summary report of the study provides a general overview of the project which resulted in proposals being put forward to reform the local streets of Sandringham and to improve the appearance, safety and residential amenity of the city. The details of the study are reported in three volumes which cover the recommendations, the technical work, and the public involvement process. The supporting volumes are available for study by interested parties, at the offices of the three sponsoring bodies.
