Abstract

The province of Saskatchewan was the first jurisdiction in Canada to introduce mandatory child restraint use regulations. The law applies to all children born after June. 30, 1980 and requires them to be protected by a restraint system appropriate to their weight. The public reaction has been very positive till now on.
