Abstract

The Scandinavian Link is intended to create the infrastructural conditions for an increase in goods exchange productivity and encourage economic integration between the Scandinavian countries and central Europe by expanding sales and buying markets. It means the creation of efficient rail and motorway connections between Oslo, Göteborg, Copenhagen and Hamburg.
