Abstract

The Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCAT), is an adaptable traffic management system that provides sophisticated methods for managing, integrating, monitoring and evaluating traffic. This paper describes the benefits of SCATS and covers some of the changes proposed in the near future.
