Abstract

SWOV has attempted to estimate the possible effects of lowering the legal blood alcohol content (BAC) limit of 0.5 promille for car drivers, whether or not with an intensification of police enforcement on alcohol use in traffic. This report describes the effect estimations of six different variants.
