Abstract

Endangement should be punished in the same way as the causation of damage. Confiscation of the motor vehicle and deprivation of the driver's licence have a different severity on different offenders. Petty offences can be decriminalized. Education and treatment can increase individual prevention. Police supervision serves as a general deterrence. Moral and automany norms, and tax laws and traffic insurance legislation affect traffic criminality.
