Abstract

This document makes recommendations for establishing cut-off levels for drugs in per se legislation for driving under the influence. It does not have the ambition to write a model per se drug-driving legalisation, but based on the authors’ experience, the experience in member states and Norway, the results of DRUID and scientific literature; it aims at giving pertinent considerations when a nation wants to determine per se cut-off levels.
