Abstract

After a theoretical way of thinking of allready developed cognitive models like the Adaptive Control of Thought (ACT) model of Anderson, research has been done to the selectivity in the visual perception of young cyclists and moped riders. The research describes in how far cyclists with different levels of experience are able to distinguish relevant stimuli in traffic situations and how eventual patterns in perception are considered.
