A self-contained data acquisition system for anthropomorphic dummies Part 572 has been developed for acquiring and transmitting data in pedestrian and 2 -wheeled vehicle driver impact tests, or in tests where a single "standalone'' dummy is required. Data transmission is performed by radio link and the dummy is free from any external constraint.
