Abstract

In order to further the integration of disabled persons into the ordinary public transport system, as well as to stop or at least lessen cost increase for the social transport service the establishing of special Service Routes has expanded. In Sweden, Service Routes have already become a way of thinking. Some 20 Swedish municipalities have introduced Service Routes, and many others are planning to do so. There are a number of aspects to be taken into account when planning special services, aspects which do not exist in traditional traffic. It has therefore been considered valuable to collect comments and experiences from various companies which might prove useful in the setting up of a new route or network of ./.F3
