Abstract

This article proposes an international agency for the exchange of information on how cities can halt the trend of traffic growth. It should be aimed at local authorities, Next to information such an agency could also provide `bespoke' services in response to specific requests and needs (ad hoc research, trouble shooting, study visits etc.). An annual conference should be part of the services. (A)
