The Simplified Models discussed in this manual were developed by The University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (UMTRI) through support provided by The Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association (MYMA). This Users Manual presents general and specific instructions for using the particular Simplified Models which you have purchased.
