Abstract

The theory introduced in this report is intended to identify the interdependence of factors influencing skidding accidents in wet weather. A systems model identifies and classifies the more significant factors in a skidding accident, with particular emphasis on the roadway factors. Corrective measures are identified and evaluated through the selection and quantification of these variables
