Sleep behaviour as a biorhythm.

Abstract

The most apparent of the systematic biorhythm is that of sleep and waking. This rhythm effectively indexed by changes in the electroeniphatogram, dominates the behaviour of living organisms. This paper proposes that sleep aids organisms in not exceeding their innate capacity to respond.
