Abstract

Rot run roads are defined as roads which are mis-used by road users for their own advantage contrary to the atttributed function of the road in the road network with a perceptable disadvantageous effect for the environment, the real road users and the road itself. The efficiency of traffic measures against rot run roads is studied.
