Abstract

The speed of motor vehicles is a main subject for policy, for road administrators, for the police and for research. The Swedish Road and Traffic Research Institute VTI has made a literature review on this subject. In this cover note this literature review is commented. Results of an earlier study are also considered. See B 31395 and 31400.
