Abstract

TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2163 includes 15 papers that explore issues related to social, environmental, and economic sustainability. This issue of the TRR also includes Martin Wachs’ 2010 Thomas B. Deen Distinguished Lecture, which considers the history and future of transportation policy as it relates to poverty and sustainability.
