Abstract

This paper shows a conceptual model of "negotiation field" that intends to expose and explain the relationships between quality, tariffs, the user and the service supplier of the public transportation services, mainly those operated by buses. The model allows some interesting analysis about the State intervention and the results over the original relationship between buyer (user) and the service supplier.
