Abstract

Logistics principles of management and technology such as Supply Chain Management have brought about changes in transport firms, and have had consequences for managers and employees. Supply Chain Learning is a concept that tries to analyse these changes from a sociological and humanistic point of view. We asked eight logistics managers in Denmark, representing four different chains, to evaluate the obstacles and driving forces behind Supply Chain Learning. (A)
