Abstract

Simulator researches demand priority selection because of the probable high cost of research on some simulators and the obvious need not to waste research effort. a sequence of decision-making steps is given. The sequence is difficult to apply because of the variable number of criteria and the difficulty of measuring and weighting the criteria. A list of criteria for priority is named some are described and discussed, especially the payoff criterion, an example is given of an attempt to apply measure, and some difficulties are demonstrated.
