Abstract

A method is described of obtaining the spectral sensitivity function from human evoked cortical potential (VECP) which has the advantages of reducing variability and rendering amplitude vs. log radiance functions more nearly linear. The resulting spectral sensitivity function is compared with psychophysical data obtained under identical conditions on the same observers, as well as with an existing psychophysical function.
