Abstract

This article describes experiments with a photographic device for determining alcoholic intoxication by means of measuring the unsteadiness of the drinker's eyes when be attempts to fix his glare on a target. The advantages of this new device are described. Also some blood alcohol levels used as evidence of drunkenness in many states of America are included.
