Abstract

This report is a supplement to White, Walker, Glonek and Burns (2000) `Re-investigation of the effectiveness of the Victorian Transport Accident Commission's road safety campaigns'. The main aim of this report is to demonstrate that strong countermeasure effects can be obtained in the absence of any real countermeasure effects. (A)
