Abstract

A standardized methodology is necessary for an adequate ergonomic evaluation of land vehicles. Such a methodology as applied to an armoured vehicle is described. The study is designed to take into account problems of vision, such as vis- ual field, masking by fixed objects or by weather conditions, lighting, presentation of information on display, VDU etc.
