This manual shows policy makers and practitioners how to use road safety audits (RSA) and the International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) methodology together to produce Star Ratings for Road Safety Audits (SR4RSA). The SR4SA will help meet safety targets and improve safety in designs for new roads, road upgrades, and road rehabilitation projects.
