Abstract

Automated Information Systems are being developed throughout the world at a rapid pace. It is no wonder that this development is taking place because reduced clerical workloads and improved management result when properly implemented and used. The New York State Department of Health Bureau of Emergency Health Services is presently undergoing such a change. The impact of this change is noticeably present now.
