Abstract

UTMS's Emergency call systems are called as HELP (Help system for Emergency Life saving and Public safety), which is one of the sub-systems in UTMS21 (Universal Traffic Management Systems toward 21st Century). The purpose of this system is to save the life of a person injured by traffic accidents through shortening the time from accident happening to reporting to appropriate rescue agencies. (A*)
