Abstract
In the multi year planning for traffic safety 1987-1991: More kilometres, less accidents' two main lines in policy are considered ( 1) a search into new ways to draw attention of citizens and authorities for the battle against the lack of traffic safety and (2) a limited number of possible successful countermeasures. The aim of the policy is 25% less victims in the year 2000. In the way to draw attention is the Actionplan minus 25%. A set-up for the evaluation of this actions is presented.
