Abstract
This international bibliography includes 78 abstracts of reports, conference papers, standards, books and journal articles on street and vehicle lighting. Citations include papers on the design of lighting columns and luminaires, luminance level, effect of street lighting on road safety, design of vehicle headlamps, brake lights, and the effectiveness of daytime running lights. The items have been selected from the material added to the Transport Research Laboratory's Library Database between 1992 and 1995.
