A study of 93 fatal two-wheeled motor vehicle accidents.

Abstract

A sample of 93 accidents involving 96 fatally injured two-wheeled motor vehicle users, is described. 92 of these fatal riders were known to be wearing a crash helmet at the time of the accident. Although medical information is collected for all casualties, only the injuries sustained by fatal riders are described.
