Abstract

The DS/CDMA (Direct Sequence/Code Division Multiple Access) communicationscheme is one of the good candidates in IVC. It is possible to make simultaneous communication between multiple vehicles by performing CDMA and real time communication is also possible. However, there is a problem of allocation of PN code in the DS/CDMA scheme. In this paper, as the efficient solution of this problem, the location oriented PN code allocation scheme is examined. In the proposed scheme, the DS/CDMA communication based on theslotted ALOHA scheme is assumed and the proposed scheme of efficient PN code allocation is analyzed by computer simulation.
