Abstract

After careful study of the document and writings acquired during the literature search, discussions and correspondence with individuals and organizations, and a review of detailed studies on the subject of motor vehicle inspection by expert researchers, it was found that there is no "hard" evidence that can be cited as proof that motor vehicle inspection is effective in reducing accident or death rates.
