Abstract

In this study is shown that motorcycle rearview mirrors that function most effectively are found among those having radii of curvature of 1000 to 1200 mm and effective diameters of 100 to 150 mm. Although it was expected that flat mirrors provide perfect accuracy in distance perception, they did not produce good results.
