Abstract

25 Male and 25 female subjects drove a 110 mile course containing 227 curves with instructions to drive normally. In each curve, speed and lateral acceleration were recorded. An inverse relationship between speed and lateral acceleration were recorded. An inverse relationship between speed and lateral acceleration was obtained.
