Abstract

The Citizens Radio Service was created to provide for short-distance radio communications service for the business or personal activities of its licenses. The concept of Motorists' Communication and its relationship to class D of the CRS is discussed. Logging data from three CRS monitoring programs are compared. The changes in operating rules for class D of the CRS are discussed.
