Abstract

The object of the report is to provide a draft for future recommendations regarding the colours on non-self luminous surfaces, in terms of chromaticity limits and limits of luminance factor. These limits have been chosen as a compromise between reliable colour recognition existing practice which have proved to be satisfactory, and the limitations imposed by manufacturing technologies and by the tolerances of colour measurements.
