Abstract
A definition of task analysis as presented by Michon is discussed. Task analysis is used in each psychological research. Every time when behaviour is analysed in components, there is analysed in components, there is a form of task analysis. This chapter discusses the different kinds of task analyses used. The requirements analysis and the performance analysis used in the analysis of the driving task are discussed.
