Abstract

To classify assessment techniques three broad categories are used and described in this paper: 1). Direct Achievement Measurement; 2). Operator Loading Measurement; 3). Correlated Function Measurement. The relative merits of performance assessment techniques and the objectives of performance assessment are also reviewed.
