Abstract

Techniques for radar speed detection tells how to select a site for speed measurement, how to prepare the radar instrument for operation and how to use it properly to meet court requirements. The manual also gives information about certain attempts and techniques some motorist use to try to "beat" measurement of their speed by radar.
