Abstract

The present period is characterized by corporate experimentation in locational behaviour and in the organization of production. Telematics is actively entering into these emerging corporate strategies. The paper reviews some of the ways in which telematics is implicated in the process of corporate adaptation, within a broader explanatory framework which focuses on the nature of contemporary economic restructuring.
