Abstract
This theatre-in-education resource book has been designed to support teachers and other professionals in preparing for and following up visits by Theatre-in-Education Companies performing on the subject of road safety. Itcontains an introduction to Theatre-in-Education, background information on the incidence of child road accidents, an explanation of risk and its relevance to the outcomes of the Every Child Matters Government policy, and pre- and post-performance activities for each educational key stage (agegroup).
