On the threshold of improved highway transportation : summary report of the national conference on highway communications for services and safety.

This conference was held to focus attention on highway communication, define communication needs and consider ways of meeting them effective, to exchange information between official agencies etc. to help them determine general performance criteria for such a communication system. This report gives a summery of the lectures, hold at this conference.
