Abstract

Looking for measures to reduce the congestion one has to consider an increase of the number of facilities and the infrastructure, or about changing their behaviour, but also about different time schedules. Because work is a main factor in structuring the time schedules, the research has to start with a description of the actual situation of the working hours, the motives for the choice made and the possibilities and willingness to change these working hours.
