Abstract

The article describes a follow-up study on a dynamic congestion model, which is an economic interpretation of the tail-back caused by a bottle neck. First a theoretical sketch of the model is given and an interpretation in a given situation. One of the conclusions is that road users in the peak-hour have more knowledge of their travel costs in time than drivers in the off-peak. See also B 13278.
