Abstract

Because of the current economic climate, most road infrastructure plans cannot be implemented without introducing a toll booth system. As a result, it becomes necessary to establish tolls as a way to finance infrastructure as well as the most orthodox management and system promotion formulas. This paper purports to provide an answer to the question raised based on the coherence of the principles that must preside over the participation of the public and private sectors in this activity, so that the presence of both factors in the development of the sector will be guaranteed.
