This document reports on the second three-year review of the strategy Tomorrow’s roads – safer for everyone. It reports against our 2010 Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets and makes a general assessment of policy implementation, giving examples to illustrate where relevant. Given that we only have a few years left until 2010, this report also identifies the priority areas for attention and sets out what we intend to do to make Britain’s roads safer. This approach is jointly promoted by the Department for Transport (DfT), the Scottish Executive and the Welsh Assembly Government. (Author/publisher)
