Abstract

As a first step in this program, the subject matter in this field was generally divided into three parts. After careful definition of the material, the conceptual framework and the problems, work was begun in locating, classifying and annotating the literature, as follows: 1. Accident cause-prevention and control; 2. The socio-economic and legal environments in which automobile accidents occur; 3. The impact or incidence of the accident burden and its distribution.
